Carondelet Long-Term Care Facilities, Inc. carries out the healing mission of the Catholic Church as a corporate Member of Ascension Health Senior Care. Our Mission calls for us to provide spiritually centered, holistic care which sustains and improves the health of individuals and communities, particularly those most in need. We commit ourselves to serving all persons with special attention to those who are poor and vulnerable. The obligation to reach out to those in need and improve community health flows directly from our identity as a faith-based healing ministry.

WE OPERATE A SKILLED NURSING FACILITY THAT SERVES A POPULATION WHO ARE FINANCIALLY AT RISK AND ARE BENEFICIARIES OF THE MARYLAND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
