Questions, comments or possible corrections are discussed by all directors and acmi management staff via email for no more than a 10 business day period. Step 3. A final draft is prepared by auditor and delivered to each director. Step 4. Approval is conferred in 2 business days unless dissent is expressed by an individual director or the key employee. Step 5. If no dissent is expressed, the auditor is instructed to submit the 990 and approval is ratified at the next scheduled meeting of the board of directors. Step 6.
