“The Colorado Physician Health Program Corporation has all Board Directors and employees review the confidentiality policy and conflict of interest annually. They sign off on the policy as well as complete a questionaire. All employee conflicts are reviewed by the Executive Director/CEO. Any Board Director conflicts are reviewed by the Executive Director and Board Chair. Cases are discussed individually to determine the best course of action, typically having the individual recuse as necessary for discussion involving the conflict. Legal counsel is also available for discussion as needed.”
