Senior Housing Options, Inc.,, a 501(c)(3) exempt entity is the management company for the low-income multi-family rental property owned by the organization. The management duties performed are in accordance with a written management agreement between the parties and set forth the scope and limitations on the management company's functions.

The Organization's parent, Servicios De La Raza, has contracted with an exempt 501(c)(3) organization, Senior Housing Options, Inc. to manage the Organization's only property. Senior Housing Options, Inc. specializes in operating low-income multi-family residential properties, many of which receive rent subsidies from HUD and/or provide assisted living services. The management agreement is subject to approval by HUD.
