The tax preparer provides the Organization with a draft version of the completed Form 990 for the Organization's review. Geoffroy Petit, the President reviews the return in order to ensure that (1) the data indicated match the Organization's accounting records, and (2) that the answers to the return's questions and explanations are compliant with the activities of the Organization. Geoffroy Petit, the President, requests additional information as seemed necessary and approves and signs the return once it is considered compliant. The tax preparer then files the return on behalf of the Organization once the return is approved and signed by Geoffroy Petit, the President.”
