Total executive management fees under this contract total $6,800 for fiscal year 2024. The performance of lynx association management is monitored by the board of directors of federal magistrate judges association.”

“The members from each judicial circuit must adopt a written procedure for election of the director for that judicial court, for removal of the circuit director from office, and for the designation of a proxy to represent the circuit at a board meeting in the event the duly elected circuit director is excused from attending.”
