The bylaws were updated on july 31, 2015 to include the following statement. The executive committee shall consist of up to fifteen (15) members: *the chair of the board of the corporation *the vice chair of the board of the corporation *the secretary/treasurer of the board of the corporation *the immediate past chair of the board of the corporation *five (5) members of the board elected to the executive committee at-large by the board pursuant to article vii below *the general manager of cps energy (during the term of the corporation's marketing contract with cps energy) *the city manager of the city of san antonio (during the term of the corporation's marketing contract with the city) *one member appointed by the county judge of bexar county (during the term of the corporation's marketing contract with the county) *one (1) member of the board is entitled to be appointed to the executive committee by the chair of the greater san antonio chamber of commerce (unless otherwise approved by the executive committee, the appointee will be the immediate past chair) *one (1) member of the board is entitled to be appointed to the executive committee by the chair of the san antonio hispanic chamber of commerce (unless otherwise approved by the executive committee, the appointee will be the immediate past chair) *one (1) member of the board is entitled to be appointed to the executive committee by the chair of the north san antonio chamber of commerce (unless otherwise approved by the executive committee, the appointee will be the immediate past chair)
