National election voting rights and the opportunity to hold a unit level office are available only to individuals (18 and over) holding a colonel membership. Members of the caf are allowed to submit nominees for electin to the caf general staff to the v.p. Of administration. In accordance with caf's bylaws, absentee ballots are mailed to all colonels requesting them. All election ballots are timely collected and counted by the organization's independent auditor.”
