Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11B

Each member of the Board of Directors is given a copy of Form 990 for their review before the regularly scheduled Board meeting. At that time, questions and/or comments are submitted to the CFO. The Board of Directors reviews the CEO's salary on an annual basis through the use of compensation surveys. Salary changes are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors at their regularly scheduled Board meeting. The President/CEO reviews the salaries of the other officers or key employees of the organization through compensation surveys. Salary changes are at the sole discretion of the President/CEO. This process was last completed in 2024 for all eligible employees.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19
