The Credit Union's members have the right to elect the individual members of the governing body. The Credit Union's members also receive a share of the organization's profits in the form of cash dividends.

Members of the Credit Union in good standing have the right to elect one or more members of the organization's governing body, whether periodically or as vacancies arise or otherwise.

Members of the Credit Union have the right to approve the governing body's election and removal of members of the governing body, as well as other matters that are subject to the approval of members of the credit union as they occur.

Upon completion of the 990 Form by an accounting organization or online software, the 990 will be reviewed by the CEO before filing. Copies of the completed form will be distributed, reviewed, and discussed at a board of directors meeting following the submission of the 990 form to the IRS.

Financial statements are posted in the lobby of both branches, annual report is distributed at credit union's annual meeting, made available in the branch lobby and posted online on credit union website. Information with charter number is posted if a member wants to visit the NCUA site and review financial data for the credit union. Policies, Articles of Incorporation or credit union bylaws may be viewed during business hours upon written request to the credit union. Updated bylaw amendments made during 2015 and 2016 are posted on the credit union's website. A notice of how to obtain or view credit union documents is posted on the credit union's website and notices are included in credit union newsletters to members two times a year.

Edocs application was implemented during 2018. It allows members to sign credit union documents and forms electronically from their preferred electronic device. It is a convenience to the members as they save themselves a trip to the credit union.

Form 990, Part III, Line 3

The Flexteller online banking application was replaced with Mobicent Banking application during 2018. Mobicent added the ability for members to shut debit cards on and off, remote deposit capture and added push notifications. The push notifications allows members to set reminders for making payments and be notified when balances are at a certain level.

Texas Bridge Credit Union is a community financial institution and has many stakeholders that depend on the manner the credit union is operating. It is a convenience to the members as they save themselves a trip to the credit union.

Mobicent added the ability for members to shut debit cards on and off, remote deposit capture and added push notifications. Policies, Articles of Incorporation or credit union bylaws may be viewed during business hours upon written request to the credit union. Updated bylaw amendments made during 2015 and 2016 are posted on the credit union's website. A notice of how to obtain or view credit union documents is posted on the credit union's website and notices are included in credit union newsletters to members two times a year.
