“Tax returns will be presented to the general board for review, provided the returns are received in a timely manner before the filing due date. If this is not practical, then in accordance with our constitution, the executive committee will act on behalf of the general board and review and approve the documents in order to make a timely filing. In this situation, the approved return will be made available for inspection at the first general meeting following the filing of the return.”

“The board requires that all officers and directors fill out a questionnaire annually. The questionnaire contains questions that, if answered correctly, will disclose any relationships that would give rise to conflicts of interest.”

Since 1993, the austin county fair association has been memorial scholarships in memory of deceased directors and deseased souses of directors. To fulfill its mission, the organization sponsors the austin county fair, held each october.”
