Mission

The purposes of the club shall be recreational, social and educational, and in furtherance of such purposes, the club shall provide a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts and rural setting for the use and pleasure of its members, their children and guests on a non profit basis.

The forest club's governing body is a board of directors consisting of thirteen (13) members. Twelve (12) members of the board of directors are elected for three-year terms. The president of the ladies' association serves a one-year term. The immediate past president of the club is an ex-officio, non-voting member. The senior member and junior representative are also non-voting members.

The forest club's board of directors is elected by members eligible to vote at the annual meeting of the members of the club which is held annually on the second wednesday of november. No general assessments of the membership at large to defray capital expenditures of the club shall be made except pursuant to an affirmative of at least 60% of the membership eligible to vote at an annual or special meeting. No long-term debt shall ever be incurred except pursuant to an affirmative vote of a majority of the membership eligible to vote at an annual or special meeting.
