“Any individual, firm, corporation, company, business association or chamber of commerce engaged in business or industry shall be eligible for membership in the associaton, provided they comply with requirements herein stipulated. Those members who pay appropriate dues shall be eligible to vote on all issues before the association, serve as a director of the association, and serve in any official capacity in the association to which they may be elected by the board of directors, or appointed by the chair of the board. The membership of the association shall consist of those designated individuals and executives of member companies, business associations, or chambers of commerce paying annual dues based on a dues schedule which has been approved by the association's board of directors. Only members as above defined shall be eligible to serve as directors or officers of the association.”
