“The Executive Board consists of the elected officers of the Auxiliary and the immediate Past President who shall serve as Parliamentarian. The Executive Board has the power and authority to do and perform all acts in accordance with the Bylaws, as long as they are not in conflict with the Administration.”
“The Bylaws were amended May 2024. Active Members are required to work for the Auxiliary's benefit a minimum of 60 hours per year. The Auxiliary no longer has Life and Teen Memberships. One half of the Executive Board plus one constitutes a quorum. Officers of the board no longer include Financial Planner. The President shall select three members at large as representatives to serve on the Executive Board for a one-year term and may be appointed for a maximum of two additional terms. The President no longer reports Auxiliary activities at the end of the fiscal year. The President-Elect is no longer the official representative to conventions, workshops, and seminars. The Vice President no longer welcomes new Auxiliary members or contacts the Volunteer Services Offices monthly for new member information. Signature on checks written by the Treasurer or Assistant Treasurer removes the Financial Planner as a signor and adds the Executive Director of Volunteer Services as a signor. The Executive Director's duties include coordinating with the selected accounting firm to prepare end of year financial statements and documents that follow the financial policy guidelines of the Auxiliary, developing the annual budget and preparing the financial statements for the Executive Board meetings, and is the authorized representative and signor for the banking and financial accounts.”

Through the tireless work of the Auxiliary Executive Board and its many members, the Norman Regional Auxiliary provides services to the hospital, its patients and their loved ones.In 2023, the Auxiliary provided donations to Norman Regional Health System to help them purchase equipment, patient supplies, and help with operational expenses. The Auxiliary also helped the Hospital remodel space to provide education and meeting services for the Norman Community and Hospital staff. |
