HRC is the fiscal sponsor of two groups and donated to one group for a total of $30420 Coalition to Abolish Death by Incarceration CADBI $600 Black Radical Collective, $500 The Apologues, $306.15 72 Seconds, and $226.74 to Global Women's Strike and $179.35 to individuals.

Part III Line 31

Additionally the Human Rights Coalition (HRC) has 2 other programs - Incarcerated Citizens Voting Initiative (ICVI) and Prison Abolition Archive Center (PAAC). The ICVI program aims to provide voter participation and access during elections to Incarcerated Citizens. In Pennsylvania there are 50,000 Incarcerated Citizens in state prisons that are denied their right to vote by way of election law, and there are 40,000 Incarcerated Citizens in County Jail systems that are defacto disenfranchised from voting by being denied access to voter education, information, applications, and election protection during elections. With very little Grant funding, we have accomplished creating a local/state coalition called PA Justice Impacted Voter Engagement ( PA JIVE) to provide voter participation in prisons, proposed 2 legislative bills that would give all Incarcerated Citizens the right to vote & election protection to 90,000 Incarcerated Citizens and entered the Philadelphia County Jail system and provided 7,000 Incarcerated Citizens at 4 jails with Voter Registration & Mail-In Ballot Applications to each incarcerated person for May 16, 2023 primary elections for City government. PAAC - This program aims to archive historical materials from the Pennsylvania Prison Abolition movement from the modern era starting from the 1960s. We think the cause & effect of the for-profit Prison Industrial Complex upon American society, especially on Black, Brown and Poor Caucasian communities, as well as their Prison Abolition Campaigns, must be recorded and archived for future studies. We have accomplished acquiring a $4000 grant, established the PAAC, rented a building to pose as the Archive Center, hired an archive specialist, have archived about 100,000 prison-related documents and have opened the archive center to the public to use for research purposes.
