O'Connor Family Foundation

The corporation is designed exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes and shall not afford pecuniary gain, incidentally or otherwise, to its members as such. Specifically, the corporation is organized to receive or maintain a fund or funds and to administer and apply the income and principal thereof, solely for religious, charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that are described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended from time to time, or successor provision thereto(the "code"), and are exempt from taxation under 501(a) of the code, and to qualify at all times as a supporting organization under section 509(a)(3) of the code by reason of being operated, supervised, or controlled by the corporation's publicly supported organization members.
