| IRS990/Desc | 0 | The Foundation's Care Van Program provided access to immunization screening and a full range of age appropriate immunizations for medically underserved populations, primarily birth to age 18, in Oklahoma. Over the course of the year the Foundation held 722 Immunization Events using the Foundation's Mobile Care Vans. During these events immunization screenings were conducted with 11,706 children and adults being administered 13,363 immunizations. Also, the Foundation conducted youth physical exams for 760 children and 70 adults. The Foundation, under its Caring Program for Children provided primary and preventative health care benefits to 3 children of families whose household income is between 185% and 200% of the Federal poverty level. |
