All employees,with the exception of the executive director, are reviewed and wages are determined on at leaste an annual basis. The executive director estimates compensation based expected service levels of the organization, which determines the amount of administrative funds available through the grant program. His compensation is set so as to minimize unfunded payroll to the organization.
