The form 990 is reviewed by all the directors of housing partners of tulsa prior to the signature and filing of the form.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

The conflict of interest policy is monitored and enforced by the tulsa housing authority human resource (hr) office and through housing partners of tulsa's internal controls to ensure that the organization and its employees are in compliance with the conflict of interest policy. Also, board members are responsible to be alert of any conflict of interest. If one is to exist, the board member is either to disclose the interest in full to the other members of the board or committee or be recused from deliberation or votes of the board or committee on the matter of potential conflict. In either case, the minutes of the board or committee shall record the exercise of either option and the response of the board or committee to that matter.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15

Hr completes a salary survey every year using economic research institute as a resource. The current plan is for an external survey done by an outside consultant to be done every 3-5 years. Hpt officers are paid a salary through tulsa housing authority and serving as an hpt officer is part of their duty as a tha employee. No additional compensation is paid for serving hpt. The process described here was last completed in 2023.

THE FUNDS DONATED TO HPT, ALONG WITH THE CHOICE GRANT FUNDS, LOW INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDITS, AND DEBT WILL ALL BE PART OF THE CAPITAL STACK OF FUNDING THAT WILL BUILD A COMMUNITY OF OVER FIVE HUNDRED APARTMENTS, BUILT ACROSS SEVEN PHASES AND BE COMPLETED BY 2029. THE FIRST PHASE OF THIS DEVELOPMENT BEGAN IN DECEMBER 2023.
