The updated bylaws clarified officer roles and terms, limitation of the power to fill trustee vacancies, committee appointment process, and meeting options. The bylaws were updated to allow for filling empty officer roles, allow non-automatic trustee removal, automatic dismissal of non-giving trustees, increase some quorum requirements, adjust the executive committee number, and transfer gift acceptance authority.”
