Other changes in net assets explanation 1 84,299 is additional funds that belong to the cardinal cove volunteer fire department that is technically an appropriation account held by by marshall county, oklahoma. These monies are sales tax that is collected for the benefit of the fire department. The expenditure of the monies are done through the county clerk of marshall county. These monies are being used for such items as new fire departments. 2 there was a loan owed to simmons bank and was actually paid off in full on 10-20-23. How the previous accountants missed the pay off, i do not know. The amount that was still shown on the loan was 4,758. The total adjustments were 89,057
