“Form 990 is reviewed by the organization's controller (non-board member) and the organization's treasurer (board member). The review process consists of comparing all financial information to the organization's annual financial statements and other financial records as necessary. Parts iv through parts vii were completed and compared to applicable board meeting minutes, bylaws, and articles of incorporation of the organization. The tax return is also sent to each of the board members prior to filing.”
