“Members only vote on board members' election and officers' election at the annual meeting conducted in accordance with robert's rules of order. The membership also has the right to repeal any bylaw change made by the board at an annual meeting.”

“Board meetings are conducted per rro. Replacement of board members and removal of board members is by a majority of those present. Changes in bylaws and taking more than 5% of the endowment is by a 75% vote of the entire board not just those present at a meeting.”

“Hiring in key positions is approved by the executive committee. The chief administrative officer receives an annual performance reviews. The reviews are then discussed with the executive committee and it is the executive committee, with input from the budget committee, that determines the amount, if any, that will be given for raises. The full board votes and approves the budget, to include any raises.”
