“Primary exempt purpose - to support the services of community action partnership of western nebraska. Line 28, program service accomplishments: to raise funds to support the general activities of capwn which includes the health center, community bridges program, youth programs, child development programs, and asset building choices program. Line 29, to raise funds for capwn's health center which provides affordable quality health care for the whole family with a full range of health services including medical, dental, reproductive, wic, hiv/aids, immunizations, behavioral health, diabetic care, migrant and minority. Line 30, to raise funds for capwn's community bridges program which offers short term and long term assistance to people in need, senior corps volunteer opportunities, and nutritional assistance through food programs. This program is also designed to develop healthier, safer housing through new affordable housing construction, rehabilitation, weatherization and home-buyer education classes. Line 31, to raise funds for capwn's child development programs which include head start, early head start, migrant and seasonal head start, western nebraska child development and infant-toddler initiative. The mission of these programs is to support and strengthen individuals, families, and communities by providing opportunities for growth for families with young children. To raise funds for capwn's asset building choices program which offers parenting classes, money matters, employment readiness, bridges to business, long term ida and more in an effort to open doors to economic independence. To raise funds for capwn's youth programs which are buildt on a positive youth development philosophy and include a youth shelter, transitional living, and much more.”
