Eag gulf coast, llc provided management services for braa, with one of the eag employees serving as the association executive.

Owner/manager membership is limited to persons or entities who own, build, develop or manage residential or condominium rental housing properties. A member property is not a membership category but a designation to those properties affiliated with an owner/manager member and have paid the appropriate unit assessments. A property is only considered a member as long as it maintains a relationship with an owner/manager member. Supplier memberships are available to persons who provide goods or services to the multifamily or residential housing industry.

There are seven elected directors from the owner/manager membership class and two directors from the supplier member class. A director is voted in by the members of that class.
