“Members of the house of delagates are elected by the members within various regions within the state of louisiana. The house of delagates elects the members of the board of governors, the society's governing body. The board of governor's elects officers from within their ranks.”

“The form 990 was emailed to all members of the board of governors, requesting comments and aproval for filing. All questions were answered by management and all comments were considered and changes where necessary were incorporated intot the return for filing.”
