The mission of the new orleans opera association (nooa) is to enrich the lives of all people by producing opera of the highest artistic quality and providing education opportunities through traditional and innovative approaches. The activities of the organization are to plan, produce and present opera of the highest musical and artistic caliber; to educate the public on the value and joy of opera; to encourage and facilitate the participation in the art form by young people; to maintain the h.
