“All members of the board of governors of le petit salon club will strive to avoid any conflicts between the interests of the organization, on the one hand, and personal, professional, and business interests on the other hand, including actual conflicts as well as the perception of conflicts of interest. The purposes of this policy are to protect the integrity of the organization's decision-making process, to enable stakeholders to have confidence in the organization's integrity, and to protect the integrity and reputation of the members of the board. This policy shall be read each year at the first board meeting following the annual meeting of the organization, and a copy shall be given to each new board member upon election to the board.”

“The recording secretary shall keep the minutes of all meetins of the club and also of the executive committee. The recording secretary shall be the custodian of the papers of the club other than the official documents and keep an accurate list of the membership. Official documents shall be available upon request.”
