Mission and Program Overview

Mission

International children's support foundation ("icsf") was established based on the principle that all youth-at-risk deserve the opportunity to excel and become successful and happy adults. Currently, icsf plans to undertake a comprehensive fundraising campaign in order to contribute funds to various organizations that provide services to youth-at-risk, that are described in section 501(c)(3) of the irc and that are also public charities or private operating foundations. Icsf does not plan to directly conduct charitable or educational programs itself nor does it intend to award scholarships or make grants to individuals.
