No donations, contributions or other revenues and support has been received during the last 5 years that include the 2024 tax year. As a result, the foundation's board adopted a process to utilize all assets of the foundation consistent with its exempt purpose until no assets remained. This process was completed by december 31, 2024. The foundation has operated in accordance with all laws and regulations applicable to 501(c)(3) organizations during the past 5 years and due to its termination as of december 31, 2024, accordingly, the foundation believes that these facts and circumstances are sufficient to reasonably conclude that it has not met the definition of or operated in the mannner indicative of a private foundation at any time during the last 5 years including 2024.”
