“Constitution, article 2. Petroleum jobber membership: individuals or firms dealing in petroleum products, distributors of other types of energy used to propel autos that own 4 or more c stores or 1 full service truck stop are eligible for membership. Each member has 1 vote. Associate membership: individuals, firms or corps producing, manufacturing, or transporting products or equipment or furnishing essential services in connection therwith are eligible for association membership. Associate members can not hold office, vote, or attend executive sessions of the association or board. Refiner/distiller and senior membrships are available. Same as associate member. Affiliate memberships: c store owners or service station dealers that own 1-3 stores. Each member has 1 vote.”

“Article 6 election of officers: officers as provided in article 3 shall be elected at the regular annual meeting of the association, and each member in good standing shall be entitled to one vote and the candidate who shall receive the majority of votes cast shall be declared duly elected. Membership qualifications: membership in this association shall be confined solely to individuals or companies actively engaged in the marketing of petroleum or its products purchased by them in tank car, transport, or barge quantities. Each jobber or affiliate member shall have one vote at all meetings of the association.”
