“Dlrp's membership is available to anyone interested in the promotion of downtown. Annual fees are 25 for friends of dlrp; 175 for nonprofits, retail, restaurants, and individuals. The following is the due structure for other businesses based on size: 1-10 employees - 300, 11-25 employees - 400, 26-50 employees - 525, 51- 100 employees - 650, 101-250 employees - 800, 251-500 employees - 1200+, 501+ employees - 1600+ per year.”

“Election of the governing body is conducted by its membership at its annual meeting.”

“Decisions of the governing body are subject to approval by members at the annual meeting.”

“The 990 is reviewed by the executive committee before filing, and all members are made aware that a copy is available in the office upon request.”

“At the first board meeting of each year the board of directors fills out the conflict of interest statement which is given to the executive director. At each quarterly meeting the director asks if there have been any changes from the board members original conflict of interest statment.”

“Dlrp strives to provide leadership by addressing or advocating for planning, legislation, transportation, economic development and numerous public and private initiatives. These initiatives serve to strengthen the overall downtown business, cultural, entertainment, recreational, and residential communities, and to enhance the image of downtown little rock.”

“Downtown development - to stimulate and encourage the modernization and development of the central business district of the city of little rock, ar in order to prevent urban blight and decay, reduce unsafe and unsanitary conditions for the benefit of the general public. The company created a main street revitalization committee to assist with "turning the corner on main street". The committee partnered with the city of little rock in the revitalization efforts. Early successes have included the announcement of renovations to the building at 315 main street for a jazz cafe and bar, and apartments; a security cameraat the corner of 3rd and main and the completion of streetscape alterations at the repertory theatre. Leadership, advocacy, and fundraising assistance for macarthur park group's development of a master plan to upgrade historic macarthur park to a class a park designation, as well as better integrate the park withits historic neighborhood in an urban setting. Also, the group has developed the museum art and heritage (walking) trail and the accompanyingaward winning arkansas political history audio tour.”
