The board of directors has authorized all day to day operations to be conducted by a u.s. Department of housing and urban development approved management company, united properties management, inc.

At the first meeting of the membership in which the directors are elected, after the adoption of this article, three directors shalkl be elected for a term of two years and the others shall be elected for a term of three years, and until their successors have been duly elected and qualified, and thereafter the term of the members of the board of directors shall be for three years and until their successors are duly elected and qualified. The direcots shall pull lots to determine who among them have the two year term. In order to qualify for election to the board of directors, the person must be a member of good standing of st, john ame church, pine bluff, arkansas.
