Pathfinder, inc. Has incorporated a pay plan scale that "grades" jobs used for top management and other employees of pathfinder, inc. To determine compensation. The pay plan scale includes a minimum hourly, mid-level hourly and a max level hourly. Every job description includes a "grade level" that determines the "base" starting pay. Pathfinder, inc. Has an evaluation process that scores an employee's performance that determines the yearly increase in compensation and the pay plan scale used to keep an employee's pay within that grade level. The executive director can approve a higher percentage increase each year for employees within pathfinder, inc., including top management personnel.”
