“Bowls USA is an entirely volunteer organization incorporated in the State of Washington but operating throughout the USA. There is a constitution and by laws with extensive policies and procedures. The organization is administered by elected officers and elected regional delegates. There are administrative, meetings and operating costs, development and maintenance of a Website, policies of general liability insurance, membership registration, promotion and retention programs, etc. The total cost of all of these programs is $19,292.00.”

“Member Clubs are all operated by non professional volunteers. Bookkeeping from one year to the next is changes hands and is often inconsistent. There are account balance adjustments made without explanations and carry over balances are not always consistent. The information being provided reflects all bank balances and expenses reported at the end of 2022.”
