The organization aspires to be an outstanding educational-athletic organization that provides a high quality experience to novato youth. Every youth is coached using the principles of the little league double goal: to learn and have fun playing the game of baseball. Participants learn how to work together as a team and feel a part of a team regardless of performance. Individual and team experiences contribute to the growth of each participant and transfer to other areas of living. Specific skills are taught to each participant so that they learn the game of baseball and improve over the course of a season. We recognize that coaches most directly impact the participants in making this all possible. The league provides all coaches with tools to succeed as little league double goal - coaches. We are committed to creating a culture in which coaches, parents, fans, umpires and participants work together to achieve our mission goals.
