The owners of mobile homes are assigned a developed homesite within the real estate. They pay a $100 membership fee on joining, and are granted full participation in the association. They have all rights common to a California public benefit not-for-profit corporation.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 7A: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body

Regulatory agreements give members (owners) a vote at the annual meeting to select the board of directors.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 7B: Describe Decisions of Governing Body Approval by Members or Shareholders

There is an annual meeting of the residents to ratify the actions of the directors. An annual budget is ratified in accordance with California law.
