Member approval is required to levy a special assessment, for an increase in regular assessments of more than 20% over the previous year assessment, to amend the master declaration of the association or to terminate the term of the master declaration. Additionally, members owning 5% or more of the lots within sun city roseville may call for a vote to reverse a rule change by presenting a duly executed petition to the board within 30 days after the board delivers notice of the rule change.
