Annually, members of the board are required to renew their acceptance of the code of conduct in writing. The executive committee is charged with the responsibility to ensure board member disclosures and ongoing adherence to the code. The governance committee is charged with an annual review of director's conduct, attendance and participation.

The personnel committee is responsible for the annual review of the executive director and determination of the position's compensation package. The executive committee will review recommendation, in closed session, the executive director's performance and compensation at their regularly scheduled meeting.
