The Balloon Council

The balloon council is an organization committed to "re-igniting the public's love affair with balloons" through intensive campaigns that remind people of the fun, enjoyment, and good feelings that come from balloons. The organization is a coalition of balloon manufacturers and distributors which coordinates industry and consumer education; legislative and lobbying activities; and general industry public relations activities. The council exists to spread accurate and positive information about balloons and their impact on people and the environment; and to take a proactive stance to educate consumers and other users about the proper and safe use of our products.
