Children and youth holistic program: plenitud's children and youth program is a pillar in the community of las marias where school resources and educational tools are limited. This year we focused on strengthening social connections in our children, youth and senior communities in las maras. Students deepened their knowledge in food literacy, food security, overall well-being, and social skills. -470 children and youth served -88% continuing from previous year -81 workshops and educational activities in addition, plenitud coordinated: - extracurricular activities like tours of the plenitud pr educational farm. -weekly holistic education classes at our partner schools for students from kindergarten to 8th grade. -intergenerational workshops between seniors and youth -a youth club for high school students that provides much needed extracurricular activities for students -monthly "healthy wednesday's" trading and making different recipes with 90-100 students and teachers the children and youth program is 100% female run by 3 full and part time local, puerto rican staff.

Agroecological agriculture, education + incubator program: agriculture is the oldest and most established program at plenitud pr. The program achieved significant impacts and outcomes in the areas of food security, education, and support for local farmers through our incubator program. In addition, over 1000 individuals directly benefited from the agriculture program. Food security- we continued intensive food production on our educational farm while strengthening ties with local farmers through team-building and farm planning workshops. -5,000 pounds of food produced on our educational farm -6,000 pounds of food produced through partner farm agroforestry- we enhanced our food production through planting food forests and integrating agroforestry systems, while sharing these techniques with regional farmers through workshops. -189 fruit and leguminous trees planted at plenitud pr -45 workshop participants sustainability education- sustainability education is woven into all our programs. From high schoolers to adults, we've offered hands-on learning to showcase sustainable techniques, and we're expanding access through farm tours and educational materials. -siembra boricua agro-ecological farming manual- in 2019, we published siembra boricua, an agroecological farming manual specific to puerto rico. With over 8,000 copies sold, it has become a key resource for local farmers and has reached readers around the world.

Amo mis abus senior care program: in a community deeply impacted by loneliness and limited food access, plenitud is not only providing nutritious meals, but also fostering intergenerational connection. This year, elders joined more community workshops and engaged more with local children and youth. -54 seniors served -4,968 plates of food shared with elders -74% of our seniors received medically tailored meals to various health conditions seniors in our program received farm to table 3 course meals twice a week. In addition, plenitud continued to offer regular companionship visits to elders members homes and offered regular workshops. Several intergenerational workshops were offered bringing together children and youth and elders.

Form 990, Page 2, Part III, Line 4D

Transformative experiences: we built community by bringing people together in immersive experiences in which they connect over service, learning and problem solving in engaging, collaborative ways. We incorporate this approach into activities with high schoolers through the youth club, college students through our service- learning program, and participants of all ages through educational farm tours and workshops. -220+ participants in immersive experiences -11 educational farm tours -30+ work parties, workshops and experiences with college students service learning: this program is focused on hosting educational, transformative experiences for high school and college students through hands-on service projects with the local community. Over the course of a week students participate in service projects at local partner farms, schools, and homes of elders, as well as attend workshops on permaculture, agroforestry, healthy cooking, and more. The program combines immersive learning with reflections and team-building exercises to support students' development of self-esteem, leadership skills and deepened interpersonal connections. -5 university partners -500+ service hours in the past year -1,100+ participants since 2012 through initiatives like farm tours, workshops, educational materials and more, we've helped weave together a community of individuals passionate about sustainability and giving back to others. Workshop participants, tour attendees, and sustainability enthusiasts stay in contact and help keep spreading those seeds to others in their own communities and families. Our sustainers are committed long-term partners that spread their financial contribution out monthly, providing consistent and steady support to keep our programs and initiatives running smoothly. Sustainers have first access to exclusive events on the farm, receive monthly gifts like compost or gardening workshops and guided yoga sessions, and attend our yearly "sustainers day," where we come together on the farm for a tour, hands-on workshops, and a farm-to-table dinner. Financials: we're investing more into the quality of our programs to ensure every dollar has a deep and lasting impact in the community. In fact, 91 of every dollar goes directly into community programming from 2023 to 2024, we grew by 36%, all while keeping overhead and administrative costs low. We're grateful for the opportunity to continue offering our programs and services, and to deepen the positive impact we have in the lives of those we serve. Federal funding is currently at risk. We are working to diversify and grow our program income for long-term financial sustainability. Support from our long-term partners is more crucial than ever to ensure we can keep serving without missing a beat in uncertain times plenitud vt: we're thrilled to announce plenitud vermont (plenitud vt), a significant new chapter for plenitud after years of visioning a potential plenitud extension in the northeast of the us, a lot of dedicated planning, and a generous legacy donation, we've acquired a historic 101-acre property in newbury, vermont. Plenitud vt will allow us to expand our mission of fostering sustainable, harmonious living and respond to the demand from supporters and student groups hungry to experience community living, resilience, and sustainability first hand in a new geographical context. We're in the early stages of solidifying our vision for plenitud vt to become a new haven for service, sustainability, and community, mirroring the success of plenitud pr over the past 17 years. This expansion offers exciting opportunities, especially for our academic/service-learning initiative. With many partner high schools and colleges already in the northeast, plenitud vt will strengthen our existing relationships and expand our offerings in pr and vt to an even wider audience. Operating in two distinct climate zones also provides a unique platform to demonstrate the adaptability of our permaculture
