IRS990/Desc0PARACa is a training program for young university students and recent graduates known for their leadership. The program seeks to train the next generation of conscious sensitive and effective Changemakers willing to work for a better Puerto Rico. PARACa has two annual sessions: the summer session consists of an 8-week internship program that supports their professional development strengthens their leadership and sensitizes their perspective over Puerto Ricos issues. The year-long session consists of a 12-month internship program which promotes the progression of leadership development by strengthening skills deepening knowledge and career development by focusing on specific functional areas.
