“Connect residents of columbia borough and surrounding areas with local resources in their communities, including health, education, and welfare services, and assist them in obtaining such aid; provide office space for organizations providing services to the community and for residents to use the organization's computers and scanners to apply for employment opportunities and community aid; and provide health and welfare programs and initiatives where other organizations and resources are unable to meet the needs of individuals, including assisting families in need who have experienced loss from a fire, providing transportation funds for individuals in need to get to and from their place of employment, and facilitating a school supply drive.”
