Our parent connect program is a support group for parents of children with down syndrome and special needs. Parents will have the opportunity to come together to connect, chat, offer emotional support and encouragement, and share experiences and laughter in a child-free environment. We have partnered with local hospitals to offer lunch & learn presentations, aimed at further supporting families and healthcare professionals. These sessions are designed to be informative, interactive, and accessible, covering a wide range of topics. Our baby f.r.i.e.n.d.s. Program is designed to support children from birth to 5 years old who have special needs, along with their families. Join us to connect with other parents in the same journey, sharing experiences and valuable parenting tips while the children participate in fun activities, creating lasting bonds with each other. The best f.r.i.e.n.d.s. Program welcomes children between the ages of 5 and 12 years with special needs and their families. Come join our regular gatherings, where you can expect to find a supportive community and a warm, welcoming environment to connect with friends. Our monthly adult dances in clearwater and riverview offer individuals with special needs a platform to showcase their talents and abilities. It empowers them by boosting their self-confidence and self-esteem,helping them realize their potential beyond perceived limitations. It also creates opportunities for social interaction and friendship, enriching the lives of everyone involved. Were thrilled to announce our partnership with north brandon youth baseball park to launch special needs tee ball teams. Geared towards children ages 4 to 12, this program offers traditional tee ball with adaptations to accommodate children with disabilities or special needs.
