The management company is the columbia group. The columbia group manages the rental units, provides maintenance services and manages financial operations of all associated hud properties. The management company did not compensate any employee or director of the company.

Form 990, Page 6, Part VI, Line 11B

The form 990 is reviewed by the chief operating officer of the sponsor organization. After the return is approved by the chief operating officer, it is presented to the president/ceo of the sponsor organization for final review. Once it is approved, it is signed by the chief operating officer of the sponsoring organization and it is ready for filing.
