Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

No provision or benefit for income taxes has been included in these financial statements since the corporation was organized as a not-for-profit corporation and has secured tax exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and did not have any unrelated business income for the period ended december 31, 2024. The corporation has determined that all income tax filing positions would be sustained upon examination and accordingly, the corporation has not recorded any reserves, or related accruals for interest and penalties for uncertain income tax positions pursuant to asc 740 income taxes as of december 31, 2024.
