The organization has a management agreement with a management company, nelson & associates, inc. Through june 2020. Nelson & associates, inc. Provides management and certain administrative services to the organization, including rental operations of the project. Under the agreement, the management fee is $60 per occupied unit per month. For the years ended september 30, 2020 and 2019, the organization recorded management fees of $21,220 and $28,790, respectively, which are included in administrative expenses in the accompanying statements of activities.
