ORIGINALLY KNOWN AS THE SARASOTA PERSONNEL ASSOCIATION, SARASOTA MANATEE HUMAN RESOURCE ASSOCIATION (SHRA) WAS FORMED THROUGH THE COMMITMENT OF (THEN) PERSONNEL PROFESSIONALS AS A MEETING GROUND FOR DISCUSSING ISSUES RELATED TO PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION. TODAY, SHRA HAS OVER 275 PROFESSIONAL AND STUDENT MEMBERS FROM ACROSS SARASOTA AND MANATEE COUNTIES IN FLORIDA. THE MISSION OF SHRA IS TO: STRIVE FOR THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONALISM AND ETHICAL CONDUCT IN THE FIELD OF HUMAN RESOURCES, WHILE ALSO DEVELOPING A GREATER APPRECIATION FOR THIS FIELD. ADDITIONALLY, SHRA SEEKS TO BE A VALUED RESOURCE IN THE GENERAL BUSINESS COMMUNITY, AS WELL AS MEMBERS' INDIVIDUAL ORGANIZATIONS. SHRA ACTIVELY PROMOTES PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION AND CONTINUING EDUCATION IN THE FIELD OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND IS COMMITTED TO SERVING HR PROFESSIONALS IN THE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE HR PROFESSION.$0$79,488

TODAY, SHRA HAS OVER 275 PROFESSIONAL AND STUDENT MEMBERS FROM ACROSS SARASOTA AND MANATEE COUNTIES IN FLORIDA. THE MISSION OF SHRA IS TO: STRIVE FOR THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONALISM AND ETHICAL CONDUCT IN THE FIELD OF HUMAN RESOURCES, WHILE ALSO DEVELOPING A GREATER APPRECIATION FOR THIS FIELD. ADDITIONALLY, SHRA SEEKS TO BE A VALUED RESOURCE IN THE GENERAL BUSINESS COMMUNITY, AS WELL AS MEMBERS' INDIVIDUAL ORGANIZATIONS. SHRA ACTIVELY PROMOTES PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION AND CONTINUING EDUCATION IN THE FIELD OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND IS COMMITTED TO SERVING HR PROFESSIONALS IN THE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE HR PROFESSION.
