The fba south florida chapter is committed to: furthering diversity, equality, and inclusiveness within the federal courts system; ensuring that our chapters membership and leadership are as diverse and inclusive as our south florida legal community and community at large; ensuring that diversity, equality, and inclusiveness are at the forefront of our consciousness as an organization; opposing discrimination, bigotry, and oppression of minority and diverse groups; and implementing tangible policies and programs that will lead to greater awareness and appreciation for diversity, equality, and inclusiveness amongst our membership.
