The purpose for which the corporation is created is to promote the cleanliness, health and improvement of Lake Camelot and the common areas thereof and to regulate, maintain and control a non-profit civic or community lake, boat landing and access thereto for the purpose of fishing, boating, swimming, and other related recreational sports.
